1. Pre-Session Consultation

Before anything is booked, we start with a discovery call — a quick, no-pressure consultation to learn more about you. This is where we talk through your goals for the session, what you’re hoping to walk away with, and any concerns or questions you might have. We’ll also go over wardrobe suggestions and help you start planning the look and feel of your shoot.

This call is all about making sure we’re a good fit and helping you feel informed before making any decisions.

2. Booking Your Session

If you decide you’re ready to move forward, we’ll officially get you on the schedule. To reserve your session date, we require a $200 session fee retainer. This is non-refundable and covers our time and stylist commitment — in the event of a no-show, we’re still responsible for compensating our team. The good news? That $200 applies in full as a credit toward your final purchase at your ordering appointment.

3. Professional Hair & Makeup

The day of your session starts with professional hair and makeup styling. You’ll arrive at our Wenatchee studio and meet with our expert stylist, who will enhance your features while keeping your preferences front and center. This time also helps you settle in, relax, and get excited for what’s ahead.

4. Posing Direction and Comfort

Never modeled before? You don’t need to! We’ll guide you through every pose, from the angle of your hands to the arch of your back. With our direction, you’ll be amazed at how quickly your confidence builds. The first few poses are designed to help you ease in — and by the end, you’ll feel completely in your element.

5. Personalized Set Styling

Our studio includes a curated collection of accent wardrobe pieces — from lace robes and jackets to statement accessories — that can complement your outfits. Each session is styled based on your vision, body type, and personality.

6. Same-Day Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment

While you’re packing up, I’ll be downloading and preparing your images. Then we’ll sit down together for your reveal and ordering appointment. You’ll see all your photos from the day — unedited — and select your favorites to build your collection. We only retouch the images you purchase.

We’ll go through the photos from the day where you’ll choose your favorite poses and expressions — we edit the final images that you purchase. I love this part because you get to see yourself unfiltered and unedited — a powerful step in the process. This meeting typically takes 45–60 minutes and is when everything starts to come together. You’ll choose whether you want to go with a digital bundle or one of our album collection options.

7. Album Delivery

Once your artwork is finalized, your album will either be available for pickup at the studio or shipped directly to your door — or to a trusted friend or family member if you’re keeping it as a surprise.

Our albums are handcrafted in Greece and take approximately 4–6 weeks to arrive. Each piece is uniquely made with stunning attention to detail. They are luxurious, beautiful, and absolutely worth the wait. We take great pride in the quality of the products we provide to our clients — because your images deserve nothing less.

8. Ongoing Connection

After your album delivery, you’ll hear from us periodically — we truly believe in creating clients for life. This isn’t a one-and-done experience for us. We host events throughout the year and love reconnecting with past clients. And of course, we’re always excited to welcome you back into the studio whenever you’re ready.
